Purpose of Use
To provide the core functionalities of this App, supporting the user's own health management through recording health status, visualization via graphs and lists, and medication management.

All data entered into this App, as well as all health data retrieved from external healthcare services, is stored securely and exclusively on the user's device (local storage). It is never automatically transmitted to, stored on, or backed up on servers managed by us or third parties. Neither the developer nor any third party can access, collect, or use this data for advertising purposes.
Deletion
No account registration is required for this App. By uninstalling the App, all stored data will be immediately and permanently deleted from the device.
Collection Method
Collected only when using the weather feature during health logging (while the App is in use), subject to user permission.
Purpose of Use
To retrieve weather and barometric pressure data for the current location and attach it to the health record.
Data Handling
Collected location data is used temporarily and solely for requests to the weather API (OpenWeatherMap). We do not store this data or use it for tracking purposes.
Collection Method
Via Google Play billing system, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat.
Purpose of Use
To provide paid plans (Premium Plan), manage expiration dates, and restore purchase status.
Data Handling
Payment processing is handled securely by Google and Apple systems. We do not directly collect or store personal information such as credit card numbers. We manage licenses using anonymous user identifiers.
This App uses the following third-party services for weather data retrieval and payment functions. Necessary data may be transmitted based on the privacy policies of each service. However, personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email address) and health-related data are never transmitted.

Specifically, regarding health data acquired through Health Connect and Apple HealthKit, we will never provide, share, sell to data brokers, or use it for advertising and marketing purposes under any circumstances.
This App is intended to assist in daily health management (wellness) and is not a medical device intended for the diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease. The data, graphs, and advice displayed by this App are not substitutes for medical advice or diagnosis by a doctor or other professional.
